Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of the issue. In order for us to replace any defective merchandise and/or honor any warranty, you must email us a proof of purchase from one of our authorized retailers. Once we recieve via email a proof of purchase (copy of the receipt, we’ll provide instructions on getting the product back to us. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please provide the following information, proof of purchase along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is your responsibility and at your expense), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, remote controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
Femme Funn offers a 1-Year Warranty of Femme Fun products only
In order to claim the warranty, it requires proof of purchase from a Femme Funn Authorized Retailer within the warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase). This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. Shipping it back to us is your responsibility and at your expense.
